Can the Prima Pipe rust?

Does the Prima exhaust rust easily? If so, are there any recommendations on what I should coat it with to prevent that from happening?

I would think it's stainless steel since it's comes unprotected

As long as you ride it, no. Heat evaporates the moisture that would rust your pipe. If it sits and rust can get started...

Guess I just have to keep riding then! Or make sure I get it all cleaned off before winter.

if its going to sit for any length of time, clean it and then wipe it down with some sort of lubricant. WD-40 or something similar
