Saw a Blur today in State College, PA at the corner of Benner Pike and Houserville Rd around 5:50pm. It was bright green.. I yelled but I dont think you saw me.

There's only one green Blur that I know of, and it is in PA:

It wasnt that one. Same color green but it was silver in the back with Blur written in orange.
