Buddy Windshield on RH

Post by TomCat »

Bought a Buddy windshield off a fellow member (thanks jd!). See here: topic22320.html
Just FYI it fits with no problems. The scoop at the bottom ended up a bit higher than ideal (have the windshield as low as it will go without rubbing) but overall I think it turned out pretty good.
So, for anyone thinking of a windshield for their RH, here is an option:

I'm sure that a semi-rigid skirt could be fashioned to help shore up that opening at the bottom, possibly in leather.

I've been looking for a good windscreen for the RH50... I wonder how well the PUIG city sport fits.

Thoughts? http://www.puig.tv/tuning-bikes/pgo-big ... r25-m1293/

I just ordered the official Tall/Smoke windshield for my RH50. It's pricy ($104) but for winter riding I think it will be worth it. I'll post results in when it arrives in a couple weeks.
