Tell us a bit about the shock.
Where did you get it? How does it feel compared to stock?

Nice. I see you added some heat wrap to the exhaust in the later pics. Notice a difference in noise levels at all? I'd expect less heat...

I got the shock from Japan. It's stiffer than the stock shock. Also it's 260mm in length the stock one is around 270mm.

Nah no difference in noise level although it does keep the hit in and you don't have to worry about burning your arm while doing a oil change.

How does the ride feel with the stiffer, shorter shock as compared to the stock one?

side view
rear view - notice the fatter 130mm tire
mirror & new hand grips
prima pipe
painted rear wheel
wavy rotor
painted front wheel

billet rear shock
Enjoy

Those are definitely some subtle but totally slick mods. What do you notice about the performance with the wider tire?

Very clean lookin' scoot you got goin' on there...
I've been looking for some grips, and for the sake of not creating another thread
to ask a dumb question, I'll just ask you: What size are Bud's handlebars? 7/8?
Where'd you get yours? Also have you ever used handlebar weights? ANYONE?
If so, did you notice a difference? Sorry for all the questions, just curious...

Buddy handle bars are 7/8"
I'd recommend getting 120-125mm in length grip...any longer they'll stick out a bunch.
You can use any grip just make sure to measure the length.
I got mine from Japan but you don't have to go that extreme to get them.
I plan on using Bar End Weights (which I have on order) but they only used to offer protection to the end of the bars and grips as they really don't add much weight.
