Nice, I like it. I, too, am wondering what you're using for a headlight.

Thanks.
The headlight is a single "driving light" that I bought at the discount mega mart, bolted to the upper horn mount. I then had to create a hole in the chrome piece to let the light out.
The light looks just like this--->

But I paid less than $20.00

That's fantastic! Is that the Rattler clamp and bars?
You didn't pull the engine and rear wheel off of BG's new BJ, did ya?

Rattler clamp,
Bikemaster "Drag Bar",
BG's rear wheel and tire, (front goes on tonight)
It's my engine though, the Black Jack is only a 150

Man that is nice. It is such a big yet subtle difference. Well done.

Sweet, you just answered a question for me

I was hoping the Rat clamp fit the Buddy forks, as I'm working on modding the headset on my Buddy for drop bars. I want to keep a semi stock looking headset on mine though.
Good job!

I was hoping the Rat clamp fit the Buddy forks,
It fits but it's not a drop in. There isn't any clearance below the clamp to clear the Buddy body work, I had to buy 4, 8/1.25 x 30mm flat head bolts and countersink them into the bottom of the clamp, 3 of the holes were easy, one of them had to be started at an angle and hand finished.
Also, the pinch bolt that indexes into a groove cut into the steerer tube is "clocked" a little different than stock. (about 30* or so). About 25 minutes with a die grinder and a rat tail file fixed that problem.
Stock bolt on the left, countersunk on the right
pinch bolt notch
Some more pictures of the project.
