Since the economy tanked, staycations have become the new buzzword.

Plan a fun staycation and take a photo with your scooter...i.e., Theme Park, Museum, Random Tourist Attraction, etc. Show us why your town offers the BEST staycation.

As always, please read the fine print (read this really really fast for full effect):

-Only one photo may be submitted by each member for each week’s subject. (but if you get a better pic later in the week, PLEASE edit your original post note that you posted a better pic and note in the newer post that it is a replacement for a previous pic.
-Old photos you have lying around can NOT be used- they must be NEW photos taken the week the photo subject was posted
-10 BONUS POINTS (good anytime all summer) for a photo of you getting a ticket (photo must include your scooter & a cop writing the ticket) only one of these may be submitted per player. (Thanks to kazoo for the suggestion)
(Edit – you don’t have to be REALLY getting a ticket… if you can get a cop to pose like he/she is writing you a ticket, that is good enough)
-No Photoshop submissions

We finally took a ride out to Barber's Motorsport Park/Museum. It's a great museum for motorcycle enthusiasts- the collection has over 900 vintage and modern motorcycles and as well as a substantial collection of Lotus and other racecars. It is considered the largest in North American and possibly the world. Highly recommended if anyone is in the Birmingham, AL area.
