June Scavenger Hunt (Week One)

This one is quick and dirty, like I promised in May's thread...we're making them weekly, folks! Four weeks AND a bonus monthly hunt coming your way. The top score gets to have July. This hunt ends officially on Friday at midnight. New hunt posted no later than Saturday noon.

Go Grocery Shopping

Get a basket full of stuff on your scooter!

+1 Parked in the store parking lot
+2 You're in pic
+2 scooter in the pic
+5 multiple scooters in pic (obviously at same store)
+5 Parked on sidewalk
+10 Store employee telling you to get OFF sidewalk.
+20 photo montage showing step by step how you loaded your Buddy (full cart, topcase loaded, underseat loaded, etc.)
+3 Showing receipt
+5 Scooter imbalanced towards topcase due to grocery weight (keep it on the center stand people!)
+1 the first photo

As always, please read the fine print (read this really really fast for full effect):

-Only one POST may be submitted by each member for THIS week’s subject. (but if you get a better pic later in the week, PLEASE edit your original post note that you posted a better pic and note in the newer post that it is a replacement for a previous pic.
-Old photos you have lying around can NOT be used- they must be NEW photos taken the week the photo subject was posted
-10 BONUS POINTS (good anytime all summer) for a photo of you getting a ticket (photo must include your scooter & a cop writing the ticket) only one of these may be submitted per player. (Thanks to kazoo for the suggestion)
(Edit – you don’t have to be REALLY getting a ticket… if you can get a cop to pose like he/she is writing you a ticket, that is good enough)
-No Photoshop submissions

Really good idea for this one, bunny!

Just to get this straight, we're doing 4 cumulative June hunts with one huntmaster and we'll have a June winner at the end? Then that winner will do 4 July weekly hunts?

Five (5) hunts, actually. Four (4) weekly ones and one (1) monthlong one.

The cumulative high scorer for all five will win the next month's worth of hunts.

Grocery store/market/walmart/sam's/costco (although I'm thinking you'll wind hands down for going to Sams or Costco and loading up your scoot there!)

Store - retail establishment where you shell out more money than you walk out with in products.

Grocery - Products for the body.

Grocery Store - retail establishment where you spend waaaaaaaaay more money than you bring home in food.

+20 Groceries loaded on the scooter
+3 Receipt in the pic, it's on the mirror post
+5 the scooter is definitely imbalanced due to the 2 gallons of milk in the topcase

My buddy turned over 9000 miles as I pulled into the parking lot! How many bonus points for that?

Whoa. Even *I* don't load up with THAT many groceries! I bow down to you, kjbuddy & Howardr. That is AWESOME.

And SarahJ2001, I like the insouciance of your scooter self.
