Mmmmm, crawfish!! Once you get past the fact that they look like cockroaches, they're actually quite good.

Cockroaches?! Though they kinda act like roaches, think of them more like mini Lobsters... then it's much more elegant and makes you want to eat them.

Eat them? Have you ever heard them scream? Oh, it's a terrible sound when it comes from a real lobster. I can't imagine what thousands of mini lobsters would sound like when they get dropped into the pot at once :shudder:
And what about the tamale? Do you crack 'em open and suck out the innards? Of just chew 'em up whole?
