Digital display not working

Hey gang, new owner of a rattler 110 here. Runs great, but the display only shows the meters I’ve traveled and SUPER faintly shows the gas gauge. Also, the horn clicks but doesn’t work. I’ve changed the relay but nothing really changed. Any recommendations?
