Buddy wheel work on Roughhouse 10"?

I have a very terribly abused Roughhouse 50 which I'm on the fence about parting out or fixing up. It will need, at a minimum:
Front wheel + brake disc
Tires
Front brake caliper, lines, handle
Rear brake handle
Front plastics
Lots of hardware, body, etc.
It's the 10" roughhouse 50 flavor- my question is... is that a special front wheel or will a Buddy front wheel + disc work? The latter is sourced much easier than anything Roughhouse specific.
Alternatively... anyone need any roughhouse parts?
