i found an online manual but it sucks...
is there a decent manual for the roughhouse 50?

i need to know if there is a hose supposed to be attached to the back side of the air filter.
i see that there is a hose under the bike by the carb and there is a small opening in the back of the air filter with a hose barb on it.
they dont match in size...
is there an adapter or something thats missing?
can someone snap a pic or direct me to a picture online? ive been looking for info on these for days and havent found much...
thanks
jason

http://www.novelforce.com/pmx50&110_partslist.pdf

looking in the above , in section #e10,part # 9, its called an air hose (says not supplied but mine is on there.)
im thinking something needs to go on there as air goes directly into the air cleaner and im thinking that the hose thats sitting there needs to go on there.
anyone????

The online manual is no better than the hard copy, what you have is as good as it gets.

The hose in question is for engine cooling not the air filter. If you reference E2 #15 that's the hose you are seeing. Does not attach to any thing. You may want to angle it to face the engine so it does what it is intended to.

The E10 #9 should be referred to as an air snorkel since it is just an elbow that comes from the air filter housing to help direct outside air to the filter.

Translation of the manual to English lose's alot, in the translation.

Yeah, after 2 years I'm still finding out new things. But that's half the fun of ownership.
