I think the stock jet is 85; depending on which mods you do, with the stock carb you'll most likely need anywhere from a 95 to a 115.

Ya I am planning on keeping the stock carb if possible. The problem is at WOT around 51-2(top speed) it chokes out and loses power until I let off the throttle and then I can get back on it fine. I can literally run it up to 50 and then ride at 3/4 throttle fine but its when I push it that it does this. I was assuming that meant that it needed an upjet? It also is more prone to doing it when Im going downhill, I guess becaue the motor doesnt have to work as hard to get wound up as high? What are your thoughts?

Which pipe?
Stock airbox & filter?
Stock jet?

Are you the original owner? If not, is it possible someone already changed the main jet to something other than stock?

No I am not the original owner so it is possible that he had swapped it out already. Prima pipe, original air box and filter.

Spark plug visual reference

Not a problem but a helpful way to diagnose whether you need to up-jet down-jet or leave it alone.

In the case of, leave it alone, and the symptoms you have described, this could indicate problems other than jetting.

Awesome, thanks for the diagrams. Ill make sure to pull it out and post some pictures of it here so I can get your guys opinions. Also, where can I get the correct replacement spark plug? And if it ends up being fine, what are the other problems you are thinking it could be?

When you get the plug out check the number, if its an NGK it should BPR7HS,
wrong plug's can cause problem's like you have described.

If its not NGK you can cross reference or buy the correct one BPR7HS.

If you have the correct plug in just use the plug reference guide.
