So, got the 21mm carb and V8 pipe, but it's feeling really bogged down in the low to mid range (but when it gets past 45 it just PULLS!). Am I maybe running too rich/lean? Any ideas?

It really sounds like what I am going thru right now. I just installed a UNI Air Pod and she is under jetted. 102 main I recieved my 105 jet today from Scooter Works. So I am going to install that tomorrow. Let you know. But it really sounds like you might consider upjetting.

Whats the difference in performence and price. Plus is it worth getting one? Where can we get one? I imagine its better than a Prima Pipe. Which I have. Lound little guy...hahaha

Real V8, supposedly the original, Arreche 21mm w/auto choke, haven't bored out the intake at all, not sure about my reeds as I had the shop do them. I'm really just wondering if I can fiddle with the air/gas knob and/or idle screw to get it to run a little better. I've got big things coming for the bike and will be doing more work soon, so I don't want to tear it all down for something small for now.

No substitute for the details:

Which size main jet is in it now?

Which notch is the needle clip on?

How many turns out is the pilot air screw?

Which air cleaner is on now?

theres a shop here in guam that sells the v8 pipe for the pmx 110/rattler 110 for $350....bought mine like 3 years ago and when i went to the shop recently they had two on display for sale......as for the carb i would get a ncy intake and a carb bigger then a 26mm round or flat slide....i had the 21mm carb with stock intake man and it was alrite but when i changed it out it was a really big difference.......i posted pics on here.....

G_R, you and I both have the same RRGS "V8 style" pipe, sourced from the same place.

GGS34, I'll consider selling mine for the right price. I also have a new in box Keihin 26mm carb available, to fit the NCY manifold. Unused. Might sell it. Might not.

Got one. No more top end, but a lot more bottom and mid-range. Holds hills better.
