You should be running a 115 main jet with that setup. The factory spec plug should be OK (BP7HS). I run the Iridium equivalent.

Check with scooterworld guam (tumon-ninja) and see what they reccomend. You may want to go to an 8 instead of staying with a 7, a few of the warm weather riders have had issues with the 7 after modifications to their bikes.

I am running a modified stock airbox and a Prima pipe in Arizona. WAS running a 115 jet. Lot's of bottom and mid-range power...lost a little top end. Last week I put the stock pipe back on and re-jetted with a 110 and a shim under the needle. Lost a serious amount of power, but gained back my little bit of top speed. Just not power to pull or hold speed on hills. So this week I replaced the Prima pipe, maintaining the 110 jet and needle-shim. World of difference! Great power and better top speed than it had with the 115 jet.
I am using a BR8HS plug with very good results. I burned up two top ends so far using a BPR7HS, so on the advice of a very trusted mechanic I changes to the "8". So far, so good...

You should do fine with that plug. Keep in mind that the RRGS "V8" style pipe (I believe we run the same pipe) is much more of a "top end" pipe than what the Prima is. When I ran a Uni pod with that pipe it ran best on a 115 main. A 110 is definitely better than a 100, though. At least you are moving in the right direction.
Interestingly, mine has the best top end with a 120 main, but is otherwise too rich in the mid & low range with the 120. I'm currently running a 115 main with the highly modded airbox and RRGS pipe. It does not run as strong on top as with the 120, but runs much stronger in the midrange with the B02S4 Torque Tip added to the RRGS pipe. More on that later.

Keys, you're at altitude, something like a mile ASL, right? Guam_rattler & I are alot closer to sea level. That's worth a 5 point main jet difference right there.

I'm at approximately 3200 ft. elevation. However, I regularly ride as high as 7000 feet.
