I have a 09 Roughhouse that has lost compression. Where is the best place to buy a cylinder kit. I am not having much sucess in finding many options. Is the Buddy a horizontal Minarelli also?

Yes. It is a modified horizontal minerelli. Give scooterworks a call and see what they would recommend.
