just by looking at the pipe i dont think its a 4stroke. i went to the RideNow shin'dig they had today mostly rained out but nice big bike's and trike's... one of the salesman said they could not keep triks on the floor long... but i see few on the road... anyway they like the zuma more than the Rattler (salesguys) and the public like the Rattlers odd looks... but no tweeked out scoot's at the show...

Well that is a Honda Ruckus and it's very common. There is a special kit that you can buy from bowlsla.com for $1200 and another $375 for the exhaust so it's pricey. You can do anything though with the right amount of money. It's a 225/40-10 Innova Racer tire on a 10x8 rim. You would have to worry about clearing the dipstick and what not.

i ripped off that pic from TR. some of those guys have amazing rides. i have not thought for a second i would ever want a metro until i saw some of the sick work that can be done. i have been registered for some time now over at TR but haven't posted yet. guess I'm saving by big F.U. for a special day.

well that is a zumakus
off the top of my head i dont know what the spine count is for the rim on the zuma i never bothered to count mine when i had the rear off
the zuma guys arent doing the wide tire just the ruck guys so you would have to ask them were they get there rims i know some of them are custom one off deals

i think your right on the custom job. many also have sourced or made a hub and use atv or golf cart rims. but like i mentioned before only a ruck looks good that low with a fatty. i would just like something a little wider for looks but mostly just another option for a wheel. rattler wheels have got to be the most plane around.

You're right, it's a Yamaha/Minarelli engine. You can tell by the placement of the carb (angle too) also the CVT housing shape and of course the expansion chamber. If he had sense he would have gone for the BWS/Aerox 100cc engine, but it could be a kitted 50 too. A well sorted 70cc kitted scoot is capable of mid 60ies mph with very good acceleration. If you convert to LC, then you can go up into the low 80ies (14500rpm)Major Redneck wrote:just by looking at the pipe i dont think its a 4stroke. i went to the RideNow shin'dig they had today mostly rained out but nice big bike's and trike's... one of the salesman said they could not keep triks on the floor long... but i see few on the road... anyway they like the zuma more than the Rattler (salesguys) and the public like the Rattlers odd looks... but no tweeked out scoot's at the show...

This thread is ancient so Ill repost in a new thread too but do you guys have any idea if one of these rims would fit the Rattlers?
