Modern Buddy

Mine is ready to fall off!!! I noticed this morning as I was backing out of the garage that the heat shield was hanging at an odd angle. Then I realized BOTH of the bolts on the side of the shield were GONE. The only thing holding it on is the two bolts on the end, and there is a crack in the plastic around one of them!!

My question is, what are the part number/spec for the bolts and do I have to get them through my dealer, Scooterworks or can I get the right hardware at the local hardware store? Anyone know if the end bolts are the same as the side bolts? I didnt have time to investigate this morning but when I get home I intend to remove the shield completely until I get the hardware to put it back together. I will try one of the end bolts to see if it fits the side - if so I'll try locally to get replacements. Otherwise I need help from you Blur owners - anyone have an upgraded exhaust installed with the old pipe in the garage??

I can't download it right now, but that's what I've been using to put together my replacement parts order. It'll give you the part number and it even has English.

thanks - that's all I ever wanted (or will want) to know about parts for the Blur. At least I know the bolts on the rear of the shield are not the same as the ones on the side - the 2 on the side are even different!! now to find replacements
