well, after not riding my Blur for a few days, got halfway to work today only to glance down to see no operational fuel gauge.
my reaction - "oh no I have no gas, no wait, yes I do"

Odd part is I just filled it up with Gas not too long ago...
I am just guessing, the 'float' is stuck?

maybe another fill up will un stick it?

anyone? guesses?

Mine drops down to E pretty fast, when I hit "E" i usually have more than a half a tank left. Probably same deal with you. When you fill up, it'll go up to "F" for a few minutes, heh. It's not broken, it's just not calibrated at all, just like all the other Blur gauges.

I dont have a blur, but on my buddy, when the needle is at E, I'm truly almost out of gas and need to buy some right away. Its funny how they dont calibrate the gad meters the same, they both come from the same company, so you think they would.

Here's a few thoughts.....

- Check to see if your turn signals are working correctly. The troubleshooting procedure in the G-Max service manual sort of implies that there's some circuit sharing between these and the fuel level sender and gauge.

- Check your fuses (located in the battery compartment). The wiring diagram in the service manual only shows a single fuse-protected line coming out of the battery, but there appear to be three fuse positions in the compartment, so it may be worth a shot.

- Could also be a loose connector.

I guess it was more empty than I thought.

Gauge is all back to normal now=--

6 bucks though to fill up my Blur.
so sad.
was just under or around 4 last summer.
