I found a company sent them our website url so they would know we are a real shop and no reply . I'm calling bazzaz tomorrow to see if they will make something , im very impressed with the one on my 170i now just make one for the 220i .

Yea supply and demand sucks for the blur 220 . Very limited supply because the demand isn't high so they get to gouge us . In all honesty 450 shipped for a slip isn't to bad plus it's coming from japan . On my race bikes i spent well over a grand for a full exhaust and thats a single cylinder dirtbike .

The centrifical clutch is the cause of the 'creep'
Either one (or more) of the clutch 'shoes' are delaminating from their web or one or more of the clutch return springs have lost their tension.
Either will allow the clutch shoes to contact the clutch hub and in turn, try to move the input shaft to the wheel.
There is also the possibility that one or more of the centrifical clutch pivots is so rusty the spring cant pull it fully away from the clutch drum.
Best guess from this distance.
