Question about purchase

Does this sound like a good deal? 2006(titled in 2008) genuine blur 150. It has 6600 miles on it. The guy said the latch is broken on the gas tank, so he opens it with a screwdriver.
He wants $1000 for it. it sounds like a great deal. he also said that it starts up on the first shot everytime

no clue about the gas cap issue, maybe it's a stretched/broken cable.
if it runs well that isn't a bad deal. 6600 miles isn't anything, just ask if it has been serviced regularly.

Sounds like a good deal. Latch is probably pretty easy to fix. Just make sure you like the seat height on the Blur.

Well i bought it, brought it home and took it to a local scooter shop had it serviced. He said it was a killer deal, i am happy with it. It had cobwebs from sitting so long. The seat will take a bit to get use to other than that, its awesome
