2012 Stella 4t 150

Hey all,
Started up the beauty after sitting for the winter. Started fine but now constantly stalls whenever I engage throttle. Greased cable, cleaned carb and all that goes with that but still the same issue. Is this a cable replacement thing and if so, what's the best way to do that? I found nothing in the service manual except location of the cable. Would really like to do this myself but could use a little help. Many thanks!
