Stella 2T Ignition Coil?

Post by Clipper »

The HT wire on my 2005 Stella 2T ignition coil is broken. Scooter West has my identical coil, it's just as old and looking just as beat up, for $70. Is there a modern replacement? How would I research the specs?

No, not just the wire. Yes the wire is broken but I was looking to replace the whole unit with something more up to date. The coil. This is the one Scooter West has listed-
https://www.scooterwest.com/ht-coil-stella-2t-2005.html

But I've also found this-

And this-

What did you end up doing for a coil? I was researching the Emgo links you posted, before seeing that this was unanswered since May. Oops.
If one measures the resistance across the 2 outputs to ground, I think you’ll find that most single coils are similar.
