I was wondering if the Stella has a bar or something to lock it up? Or is it like the old Vespas where you gotta slide the chain though the cowl protecters?

Like the old Vespas, the Stella can be locked up by depressing the brake pedal and running your chain through the resulting loop under the footboard.
