Well, Another Twist n' Gone event has come and gone and as always, it was bigger and better than ever! Racing, camping, Halloween Trails, Scott Smallwood, three bands and camaraderie that has yet to be surpassed.
20 Scooter Classes with everything from Cushmans to the legendary John Eads. With a Pinkster that has been down without a motor for a couple months, my husband put his 161cc race motor in my scoot and let me have at it. I won 2nd place behind a guy from N. Carolina that had a bigger engine in it. With an awesome reaction time compared to his, I just didn't have enough motor to beat him. But 2nd place is better than no place and I had a blast.
