Attachments are Back!

At long last, uploading images and files as attachments is back!
There was a configuration error that was sort of hidden far away from the attachment settings, etc., and so on but it's been resolved.
File size is currently limited to 4Mb. Anything larger should be hosted elsewhere.
Attachments will always be at the end of the post, so if you want inline images, they'll have to be linked from offsite. There are many free image hosting sites out there!
