Modern Buddy

I am wondering if anyone uses either on their Buddy and can tell me which to go with. Looking for decent aerodynamic as much as protection from flying debris like pebbles and such. Are they easy to install? Thanks.

Only one I have experience with is the Cuppini short (part# WSBUD3) on Scooter Works web site. Works great, no flex, looks nice and is pretty durable. Note that if you go this route that the right hand/throttle side mirror is reverse thread.

I have Cuppini short windshields on both of my Buddys (125 and 170) and have been happy with them. One big difference I noticed after installation is that the top speed of both went up form 59 to 64 MPH. I imagine this improvement is due to better aerodynamics, I am 6'2" and the windshield directs air to just over shoulder height for me. I'm not sure if you would see the top speed increase on a Buddy 50 due to the lower starting top speed.

I went with the Cuppini and boy what a difference! Bit faster too. Love it!

I got the Cuppini and I freaking love it. For me, it is perfect. I like feeling some of the wind. It’s a great size so it improves aerodynamics and my body no longer acts like a bloated sail. Haha
