I bought a scooter (2012 Genuine Buddy 170i) that had been recovered after being stolen (it's legit, I have the title). The electrical is a mess, whoever tried to hotwire it must have been blind, high, or incredibly stupid (maybe all three). I've sorted most of it, but they seem to have straight up cut off one electrical component. I narrowed it down to this spot on the wiring diagram, labeled "TO DI". Does anyone know what that means? What part do I need to order? Photos in the link below. Thanks in advance!

Re: 170i Electrical Questions
Further info:
As of now, with what I think might be an undersized battery, the scooter will light up, fuel pump will prime, and starter relay clicks. After jumping the starter relay for a bit, it'll now turn the engine slightly before tiring out. I'm getting a new battery soon, so I'll be able to verify that. The big problem is still this missing component near the ECU. Any ideas?
