Honda ADV150 v Honda Trail 125 - Smackdown (literally)

Post by jrsjr »

Click Here to link to a Motorcycle.com comparo article between 2021 Honda ADV150 Vs. 2021 Honda Trail 125. It's actually not a bad article and even includes a photo showing what happens when you try to run parallel to railroad tracks on a small-wheel motorbike. I know it's not a Buddy, but I think many here will enjoy.

Cheers & Happy Holidays!

While the rest of the Japanese "Big 4" have all but abandoned the small-bore bikes for the US, Honda keeps pulling out all the stops.

Too bad they can't rein in their dealers and their ridiculous fees. A $3200 Honda is very reasonable, but at least around here, that bike will cost you at least $5000 out the door.

The fees are why you should shop around and get written OTD prices. If you only have one local dealer for your choice than that can make it difficult. And I personally think they should have put the Trail 125 against the Monkey bike.

Great article. Helpful for riders trying to decide between a scooter and Grom clone too.

I was previously unaware that written price quotes were a thing that exists. It simply doesn't happen around these parts. There is one very dominant dealership name around here, and they do whatever they want. The smaller dealers just mimic whatever they do.
