Buddy 125 storage bucket collects water when it rains

Hi there - Whenever it rains, I get water in the storage bucket below my Buddy 125's seat. If the storage bucket under the seat collects water after it rains, do I need to replace the seat? Or is there some adjustment I could make?

It's probably the wind driving the rain into the bucket. I would suggest buying a scooter cover.

I've never had water enter the pet carrier in either my Blur or my Buddy, even after spraying water from a hose when washing. There is a rubber gasket attached to the underside of the seat that is suppose to help make a weather seal. Check to see if your's is still there and what it's condition is.
