Interesting...EFI conversion kit for GY6

I might give it a try for that price (US$265). Looks like the software is open source too, so tweeking it for engine mods should be possible.

That kit looks really complete. Installing that efi kit would be a lot more fun than cleaning out your old carb.

An added cost and complication is the requirement for an 11-pole alternator if your engine doesn't already have one. EFI systems can be power hungry. Another thing to consider is that more than likely it would render the kickstarter useless.
