Modern Buddy

So in my recent move my left side mirror cracked off inside the bolt. When I went to remove the bolt it left part the other side of the cracked screw within the scooter and only a small piece sticking out that seems to be fairly stripped.
How do I remove this part to put in my new mirror?

Drill it out and use an extractor. Which side?

Anyone have suggestions for smaller replacement mirrors?
