First time owning a scooter. 300 miles in on a Buddy 150.

There is a very very soft steady beeping sound coming from beneath the floorboard (near the battery?)

What is that?

p.s. The battery is currently drained. I kickstart it.

It's the battery telling you that it needs to be replaced.
