Any ideas about this electrical issue? Help!

Long time no post.
I have two 2009 Buddy 125s. Both have the BOB adaptor installed...and the BOB adapters have been installed for several years now. This may be completely unrelated, but I just wanted to mention it.
I didn't ride much last summer, and kept the scooters both on battery tenders when not being ridden. I noticed that if I rode the black Buddy anywhere, I would need to kickstart it to come home. That was true last summer, and is still happening.
The new symptom is that when I turn the ignition on the dead-lights come on solid (not flashing) which is how they should act. Additionally, the left front and left rear turn signals come on solid (not flashing) and the left blinker in the gauge comes on solid as well. None of these things should happen.
When I turn on my right blinker, all three right blinkers (and the blinker that shows in the gauge) flash. By "all three right blinkers", I mean the right dead-light and the front and rear right blinker. Additionally, the right dead-light alternates flashing with the blinker above it, which is also correct behaviour.
This entire time, the right dead-light, the left dead-light, and both left blinkers (so... four lights and the left gauge blinker) stay lit.
Then, when I turn on the hazard lights, everything lights up (both dead-lights, both front, both rear, and both gauge lights), but nothing flashes.
Apologies for the confusion of the above description. I have included below pictures of what is happening to clarify:
Any ideas? I was thinking flasher unit on the left might be bad, but that doesn't explain the right...or the hazard light switch...so confused...BOB Adapter? Not related??
Of course, this new symptom happened when someone came over to buy the scooter from me.
