I want to replace a possible faulty fuel cutting valve on my Buddy 125, but I can't for the life of me, find out where the heck the old one is located. I've looked up and down that engine and I can't find it.
Can anyone tell/show me where it is located?
Thanks!

That part is not for a Buddy 125. It might be a check valve for the emissions. The fuel petcock is vacuum activated, hangs off the bottom of your tank.

Yes, I know it's a check valve for the emissions (EEC System) for a Buddy 125. I think some people call it a "one way valve". Genuine calls it a "Fuel cutting valve" right on the package. Where does it go? I've looked everywhere.

Are you having vapor lock symptoms? Most people drill 1/16" opposing holes in the cap.
I believe it's here nestled under the rear rack bracket.

I already drilled the holes in my gas cap.
Of course the part is located in the one place I didn't look!
Thanks!

I'm not understanding how you would have a tank venting problem with a vented gas cap.
