HOOLIGAN 12 VOLT OUTLET

I have a 2014 Hooligan, purchased new, and the 12 volt outlet has stopped working. I have checked all the fuses in the fuse block and they all check out OK. Does anyone know if there is inline fuse in this circuit, and if there is, where it may be located. Also, does anyone know where this circuit connects to the electrical system?

You have to remove the front cover to get to the fuse. It's a 1 amp fuse. I've blown the fuse by starting the bike when the Battery Tender was still plugged into the 12V outlet. You can replace it with a 1 or 2 amp fuse. I bought the new fuses at NAPA.

Not sure but I only get voltage at this outlet when the ignition switch is on.
I don't thing it is connected directly to the battery for charging with a
tender.
Any help with this would be appreciated. Probably since the battery is
easily accessible under the seat, this is the way to charge. Other
than that, connecting one of those adapters to the battery that brings the
connection out to an SAE connector outside the battery cover somewhere
else.

The outlet should be hot even when the ignition is off.

Thanks for the replies but by following giddyup98's advice I pulled the front cover off and there is an inline fuse there. I went to the local auto parts store and got the required fuse and am good to go.

My Hooligan measure no voltage for ignition switch off or
in park position. Only for switch on running position. Please
check and verify. Only possibility is different wiring for my
serial no. If it were the fuse, I wouldn't have any voltage.
Please measures and verify.

Mine only works when the ignition is in the on position but that's how it was set up when I bought it new.

Using a voltage tester, I just checked the 12V outlet on my 2009 Buddy 125 and it is indeed hot when the ignition is in the "Off" position. Same for my 2012 170i.

So is my BUDDY 50

My buddy 50 12v outlet is hot all the time.
Hooligan is a different geniuses all together,
no commonality in the main wiring harness.
