wider rear wheel

Where can I find a wider rear 10" wheel for a buddy 170i?
I want a wheel that will fit, but cause less bulging of a 130/70-10 tire.
If this turns out to be too difficult...Are they any safety concerns I should have when riding on a 130/70-10 rear tire stuffed into a Buddy 170i stock 10" rear wheel?

If you want to run a wider tire that's fine with me but I'm a bit confused. If you are running with proper tire pressure the tire should not be "bulging"...whatever that means.

We rode this set up with no problems and yes there is a 'bulge' as the tire is so much wider than stock yet pinched in if you will to the stock wheel.
Actually got two upsides to the 'bulge'
1) the tire caused the scoot to sit just a bit higher which was a good thing for us
2) the tire shape fitted on the stock wheel created more of a round effect allowing us to roll over further in the turns which was great

I'm running a 130/70-10 on the stock Buddy wheel. No problems with mine.

Checked tire pressure when I got to work this am, I had 28 psi up front and only 5 psi in the rear.
I saw that I had somehow managed to put a hole in my rear tire.
Funny that last night I happened to be brushing up on tire sizes (as I get ready for my 161 bbk and bvh then later tune the tranny, I wanted to have the bigger tire on the rear before I started)
Anyhoo, it's a good thing I work for the buddy dealer because I had my new Michelin S1 130/70-10 rear and 110/80-10 front tire by this afternoon and mounted them before riding home.
The ride home was awesome, should've had this setup this way a long time ago. The larger tire makes for a smoother ride.
I swear my 125 with 10k miles, Prima Pipe, NCY CDI and 11.5 sliders runs quick AF and feels faster with the larger rear.
I took off the windshield a couple of weeks ago and was still able to see 65 indicated on the way home tonight.
The Michelin S1 feel great compared to my Pirelli SL26 3.5x10s - will report back after riding in some wet with more details on which grips better.
