Adding Admore Light Bar
I will add an Admore light bar to the rear of my 2014 170i along with the dead light conversion up front.
Does any one have pictures of an Admore Light addition to the rear? Or, have you seen scoots with Admore added? I'm trying to determine a location that will set it apart from the OEM light assembly.
I do run with a Buddy back rack and Shad 29 top case

Are you buying the the SMT light with brake light and signals or just the LED running lights? The SMT includes a mounting bracket but the running light kit is a stick-on, according to their website.
In either case, I would mount them as high as possible.
-I'm not real interested in a top case, but I might get one so I can mount more lights.
-Check your local laws. Some states are touchy about the location of the LED strips.

SMT Light Bar with all the bells and whistles. Agreed. The higher the better. I have an Admore kit on my BMW 1200RT in the GIVI E55 top case. No kit is available for the Shad 29. If I mount on the top case, it becomes difficult to remove. It i mount on the back rack the light sits visually in line with the existing rear lights. Rear lighting
I used a similar led light array and put it on the bottom of my license plate. I also ran red led strips down the rear fender as running lights. It would be better if it was higher but without a topcase, it is what it is. Sometimes I consider lighting up my helmet.

Admore Light Bar Wiring
So, I'm installing the Large Admore light bar. The instructions are NOT specific to a 2014 Buddy 170i. The generic instructions from Admore refer to CANBUS equipped motorcycles when installing the tail/brake light wire. I own a BMW 1200 RT and I'm familiar with CANBUS operations. I have the left and right turn signals working and the brake light functions. I'm having trouble finding the correct wiring arrangement for the tail light.
Does anyone have a 2014 Buddy 170i wiring diagram? Or, has anyone installed an Admore light bar on the Buddy?

Disregard. I found a thread by Eric containing a link to the diagram. Thanks Eric!
It works!
Here is how to connect the wires. I took off the back fender to gain access to the tail light wires.
Blue & Red = Dark Green
Purple = Light Blue
Green = Brown
Yellow = Pink
Black = Black ( I used the ground wire that was part of the tail light wiring)
See attached photos. I hope this help anyone trying to add a Admore light bar to their Buddy
