Does the red scooter in ann arbor MI belong to anyone here?

I saw a red Buddy 125 (i think, might have been a 50) with a matching topcase parked at the office in the University Townhouses cooperative in ann arbor Mi. Just wondering if the owner of that prettys scoot is on the Modern Buddy forums?
