Any speed restriction on a Buddy 125?

Got a Buddy 125 recently, and noticed, on this site, recommendations to remove restrictors on the 50cc motors. Are there any restrictors on the 125? I think there isn't, but thought I'd ask the experts here.

The Buddy 125+ is not restricted as many 50s are. There are performance improvements that can be made. But broken in, your 125 could touch 65mph, and most performance mods will only get you there faster.
