Well, at least I think that's a Sella.
Don't have a Stella myself but I thought this video was interesting. I wouldn't mind getting one and doing what he did. Looks like fun.

I've watched quite a few of the "That Scooter Thing" videos.

Why not hop up a Stella? She sure pulls better up the hills after some performance parts. For "agnostic" purposes only mind you. Ha ha.
