I just got my buddy in May 08. The sales lady took me out to the parking lot where all the color Buddys were parked in a row. I was facing away from them and she made me turn around and pick the first one that caught my eye. It was the orange one by a long shot. It was a new shade of orange so we had to order it in the size we wanted (125). I thought that was a good idea. I call it Tigerlily and have tigerlilies painted on my helmet

We've had ours for a couple of weeks, but I wanted to wait until I was done personalizing mine.

Actually, there is more to do, but it is close enough.

Flames courtesy of Harris Decals. Dope, beaded, seat cover courtesy of Wal Mart and an hour of my time, cutting it down and putting it back together.

Hers is still under construction.

I've been trying to figure out if it's an 07 or an 08? The manufacture date is June of 07. Does that make it an 07 or an 08?

The 07's are black with silver trim and the 08's are solid black :)

Introducing Pepe my new scoot. I plan on adding several additional mods in the near future but couldn't wait to show him off. Once I get him modded up I will edit in the new pics.

Debadged the front. Painted the racing stripes then trimmed them out in black reflective tape. Added the windshield.

Are you looking for the trim to go around the edges of panels and fenders? They have that at auto supply places—it's door or window trim.

Wife's updated pink Buddy

Post by Dan Buddy »

My wife cut new vinyl graphics for her pick Buddy. Its now the breast cancer ribbon Buddy.
Image

Image

Here is a shot with her helmet. She had the block dots all over the Buddy (the pick lady bug) for about 20 minutes when she got the breast cancer ribbon idea. So off they came and about an hour later she had this.
Image

This will be the 4th set of vinyl she has had on her Buddy this year.

KRUSTYburger -

The little round things are the mounts for the rack. :) I had the front rack on , then put on a basket (to annoy Harley riding guys at work). I took the basket off and left the hardware in place.
