Greetings MB members,

As you may have read by now , Kyle (aka Lil Buddy) with Voodoo Scooter Parts is ending his involvement with the company. Kyle has asked me to take over all of his resonsibilities. If you have any questions, comments or would like to place an order, please PM me directly and I'll be happy to help you.

Please note that products are not built until your order is placed. All orders are shipped on a first paid basis. Please allow ample time when placing an order. Tracking numbers are provided with each shipment.

The following items will work on the Genuine Blur
Running Light Adapter, Blinker Adapters, BOB Combo Adapter, Voodoo Combo Package, Universal Flasher Relay and LED Voltage Regulators
(Blur owners, wanna see if one of the other products will work on the Blur? PM me for a chance to get it FREE)

All of the items below will work on the Genuine Buddy

The Running Light Adapter converts your deadlights to running lights. $28.50 shipped
Running light info click here
installation video for the Running Light Adapter

The Blinker Adapters will convert your deadlights to work in sync with your D.O.T blinkers. $38.50 shipped
Blinker adapter click info here
installation video for the DOT to Stock Blinker Adapters

The BOB Combo Adapter will convert your deadlights to work as both running lights AND blinkers. $58.50 shipped
BOB adapter info click here
installation video for the BOB Combo Adapter

The Voodoo Combo Package will convert both your deadlights and DOT blinkers to work as running lights and blinkers. This package contains 1) BOB Combo Adapter, 1) set of Blinker Adapters and 1) Universal Flasher Relay. NOTE: This set-up can only be used with LED bulbs in the deadlight and DOT locations. Using incandescent bulbs will quickly drain your battery as well as damage the BOB Combo Adapter. LED bulbs are NOT included. $114.00 shipped
Voodoo Combo Package info here
Installation Video here

The Rear Running Light package will convert the stock rear blinkers to function as both running lights and blinkers.
The Rear Running Light Package consists of (1) BOB Combo Adapter, (1) set of Front to Rear Running Light Extensions and (1) Universal Flasher Relay. $94.00 shipped

The Front and Rear Running light Package option #1 includes the same items from the Rear Running Light Package plus (1) Power Splitter that allows you to plug in two adapters into one power source and (1) Running Light Adapter to convert the front deadlights to running lights. This will give you running lights on both the front and rear of your scooter. This set-up (front and rear running lights) must be used with LED bulbs in the deadlight and rear blinker locations. Using incandescent bulbs in this configuration will quickly drain your battery. LED bulbs are NOT included. $124 shipped

The Front and Rear Running light Package option #2 includes the same items from the Rear Running Light Package plus (1) set of blinker adapters to convert the front deadlights to both running lights and blinkers. This will give you running lights on both the front and rear of your scooter. This set-up (front and rear running lights) must be used with LED bulbs in the deadlight and rear blinker locations. Using incandescent bulbs in this configuration will quickly drain your battery as well as damage the BOB Combo Adapter. LED bulbs are NOT included. $129.00 shipped
More Rear Running Light info here
Quick video demonstration here
Full installation video here

**Due to varying state and local laws, the above adapters are intended for “off road” use only.**

An Optional ON/OFF Switch can be used on any of the above running light adapters. Mounting the switch requires drilling a 3/4" hole near the 12v accessory outlet (drill bit not included). $13.50 shipped
On/Off switch info here
Installation video for the Optional On/Off Switch

The Universal Flasher Relay will allow you to swap your incandescent blinker bulbs for LED bulbs. $23.50 shipped
Universal Flasher Relay info here
Installation video for the Universal Flasher Relay

The LED Voltage Regulators protect your aftermarket LED bulbs from damage caused by overvoltage. The regulators clip into any of the above deadlight adapters. I recommend using LED bulbs in any of your running light locations. Doing so will greatly reduce the amount of strain on your charging system and prolong the life of your battery. LED bulbs are required when you are using two sets of bulbs (4 bulbs total) as running lights. $23.50 shipped
LED Voltage Regulator info here

The plug n' play Brake Light Modulator flashes your brake lights before staying on. This helps to get the attention of drivers behind you. Only works on 2007 and up. $38.50 shipped.
Plug n' play Brake Light Modulator info here
installation video here

I can take PayPal or money orders. PM me for payment details.

Thanks Ethan.

I unfortunately have a few things going on in my life that are requiring my full attention. I am closing the business but Ethan will continue selling the products here on MB. He has complete knowledge and the experience to handle anything you can throw at him.

I thank you all for your kind words, product ideas and genuine kindness over the years. I will still be around here from time to time, but on a very limited basis. I am 100% confident in Ethan’s abilities and experience. You’re all in good hands.

Kyle-

Agreed. Seems you've gotten what you need out of the project, and it still looks like something I want to do at some point so I'm glad it will still be around!

I too have a question, Ethan.

I'd like to turn my rear blinkers into running lights as well as blinkers (probably for both of my Buddys), but wonder if I have "shot myself in the foot with my brake light modulator install: http://www.modernbuddy.com/forum/topic13226.html

Can you look at the above thread and determine if I installed it the same way you all install yours (if it even matters)?

Nothing is wrong with my brake light modulators, they work fine, but I'm just wondering if I can still do the rear running lights to blinkers conversion you sell (sold???).

And if it will work, what all do I need to buy? (ie adaptor, LEDs, regulator?)

Thanks!

It sometimes can take him a little bit of time to ship or reply. He's doing this on the side.

It took him several days to a week to reply when I bought a Running Light Adapter back in December.

I has used the Dead Light Adapter Kit on a Buddy 170i and now my new Blur. This is probably the easiest modification you can ever do. PLUS with this kit it really makes you visible to oncoming traffic. Highly recommend to anyone Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Yep! Just waiting for one more paycheck before ordering for ours and the LED lights. My wife often has to work very early or late, so its peace of mind for me.

So it appears that the light kits were still available as recently as late May. Are they still available?

I don't mean to seem impatient, but I am hoping to have the conversion done before too much good riding weather passes by.

Thanks!

Just installed the deadlight wiring. Outstanding quality, better than the factory wiring harness. Perfect fit. Thanks for an excellent product-
