I took the plunge.

Post by maribell »

After owning a wonderful pink Buddy, and a less than wonderful GTS, I decided to move back to the Genuine family. I put a down payment on a beautiful, slightly used, fully chromed 2T Stella. I went with the 2T because of top speed, parts availability, part affordability, available mechanics in the area, and Urban Moto Shop gave me an awesome deal.

The GTS will be for sale when it comes home from the shop.

Here she is. I don't have a name picked out yet.

I will add more pictures once i bring her home.

2009 with 764 miles. :)

@BuddyRaton: I am the "president" of the local club and lead most of the rides. I suddenly feel bad for everyone on the rides.

I can just imagine the 4t Stella bashing on a Buddy forum. Better get the popcorn ready for next month's fireworks.

Oh I'm hardly worried I have pretty thick skin plus I've been on road cycling boards for over 10 years and they are a much more intolerable lot. You guys conduct yourself pretty well. I am especially impressed with the vibe at stellaspeed.com

Woohoo, welcome to the 2T fold!

The red is sharp - looking forward to seeing her on the group rides!

Don't get too ahead of yourself. The GTS is going to have a $1K repair bill when Vespa Austin is done with it. Adios savings account. Besides, aren't you graduating in May?
