This looks like a Soviet Era school uniform complete with pioneer kerchief tied around her neck (kind of their version of scouts but highly politicized)

anyone know what happened to r0sa? Been a while since she posted and if I remember correctly, she had a boyfriend on here as well who also seems to have gone MIA.
