Thanks.

We are loving the sidecar although I do miss getting up hills easily and going over 50 mph. The 4-year old is the coolest kid in preschool now, commuting in awesome style.

Fun sidecar discovery: If you spin donuts to the right, the sidecar
passenger just spins around and around in place. Loads of driveway fun to be had. Who needs Six Flags?

If this rain eases up, I'll snap a pic of Bogie by the playground in my neighborhood and another of my planned destination tonight.

An actual treehouse -- perfect.

The only Lebanese restaurant in my driving range only says
"Mediterranean" on the sign so I'll wait a few days to see if anyone else gets a specific Lebanese restaurant before trying to slide that one in.

nice idea! Unfortunately, no such luck for me until DC is able to get into the racket. And forget about Virginia, they were one of the last states to ban smoking in restaurants and still don't have a hands free cellphone law!

So, is a little pot dispensary gonna kill the game? If you want I could really stick a fork in it and make this the new tag: Zebra

It's figuring out how to get my scooter into my livingroom to take the picture that's the tough part. :P

What? No zebras by your house?

I'm disappointed too. So by tomorrow I'll have posted a new tag - to replace the dispensary - that most everyone in the world can get.

[edit]added two dashes above to make it clear that the new tag, not the medical marijuana dispensary, was the item that most of the world could get.[/edit

Welp... since we haven't seen anything since the med. marij. post, I thought I'd go ahead and pop this one up with a tag. Your scoot in front of holiday decor.

Next tag: Your scoot with an airplane

You sitting in the plane is optional (that's me riding shotgun).

Obviously this picture wasn't taken specifically for Scooter Tag but I'm running very low on pictures with scooter content.

Thanks, rfman. Tag actually started with 'your scooter with a, b and c, but soon stalled, so I agree, the simpler the better.

It started to rain after I got the pix so I don't have my new tag yet (I can take a certain amount of cold but I do NOT like riding in the rain) but I know what I'm gonna do and where to get the picture, so I should have it tomorrow!

eta: okay obviously I need to learn how to add images. Hopefully I will be back with one shortly!

Maybe the easiest way, RR, is to sign up at an image sharing site like Photobucket or Flickr or someother. Then you upload your image there, get the direct link from the posted image and paste it in your message, using the img button.

Next tag -- scooter with a cannon/historic artillery piece. Hope lots of folks have historic sites they can scoot to!

Yes, that would be a great place to go, BSFF! And a lot of the big cities have old forts still, like Ft. Clinton in NYC, so I hope it does turn out to be an okay tag.

Happy hunting!

Heh. We have an artillery piece in the neighborhood, and a 50 degree day in the forecast. I may wake the Sleeping Buddy in the morning. :D

Ugh. On my way to work I pass this house that has an antique canon with a metal rod sticking out of the front that holds their mailbox!
How much do you think they hate their postman?

If only I could muster up the courage get the bf to take his car and motorcycle out of the garage to dig the Buddy out and take it to work, still a wee bit chilly here, and my glove liners have been torn into two parts from getting stuck on velcro. :?

Yeah, I tried to get out and shoot the neighborhood cannon (in a manner of speaking), but I ended up helping the wee kid with a school project all afternoon.

Feel free to grab a shot of your local howitzers.

I'm heading to the battlefield now, gimme a few more hours

*Edit: I made it just beyond the city limits and the sky unloaded on me, so feel free to change it, I think it's a great tag though. Its about an hour away, so I can head out that way again early next week if it's still up. Didn't have the frogg toggs with me.

OK, I got yer cannon right here! Instead of a 'modern' artillery piece, here's an 18th-century Spanish blaster:

So now how about a Buddy with a dinosaur?

Now where to find a dino? There are some in Virginia.
