So I took my Stella in to the shop on the day before the warranty was set to expire and boy am I glad I did.............They found a multitude of problems. I knew it had problems but not as many as they found.

Break Line Leaked
Break fluid Res was near empty
bolts that hold on front break where all lose
Battery strap was corroded and battery was about to fall out (I have take spare tire off)
lots of play in shifter
rear shifting mechanism has to be replaced
problem with air intake causing bike to not be able to idle
and a few other problems but I can't remember everything.

I was told they would have my bike at least four weeks but they were not sure how parts would be because of the typhoon in Tiawan.

I just gotta ask....

How would typhoon in Taiwan have much to do with getting parts for a Stella?

I don't know......I realize that the bike isn't made there but maybe after market parts? Hey this is just the line the service department gave me.

Perhaps the cargo ship stops by Taiwan, to pick up / drop off other cargo. It's hard to imagine a ship with just scooter parts, those things are massive.

Would be a waste of fuel. :D
