There are many bikes and scoots with ECUs for which no "tuner" device is available, like the Buddy and Hooligan 170s.
I have read on some other sites that using inexpensive potentiometers (rheostats) can accomplish similar results.
You can install one of these potentiometers in your air intake temp wire and richen the air/fuel ratio back toward the optimum 14:1.

Another trick is to add a resister in your wire from your O2 sensor. That will also trick the ECU into richening the mixture.
None of these tricks alone add power. They are intended to prevent lean conditions after you add performance exhausts, intakes and other power boosters.
