Sorry about the poor quality pic, can't get them to upload sometimes.

This was in the storage tray when I bought my scooter brand new. I have no idea what it is.

It's made of rubber. The coin in the lower left corner is a quarter.

Looks like part of a Genuine Stella. Fits on the front of the right handlebar and covers connections to the brake cylinder.
At what point does a hobby become an addiction? I'm uncertain, but after the twelfth scooter, it sorta feels like the latter...

Seriously...I've lost count...

Seven mopeds ...that's still manageable...

That should be the intake snorkel tip. What do I win? :D

Looks like the snorkel that provides warm air to the carburator body to keep it from freezing up in really cold weather. It fits on top of the cooling shroud to the left of the carb. Look for an empty hole there.
