Thank you all. I ordered Tecton torque wrench. I have metric sockets I bought some years ago. It does look like I should get HF197 oil filter DeeDee suggested for my Buddy 150cc vs the one I have sitting around that requires crazy tools no one sells any more.

curb ramps

I've been using a loading ramp to get my Buddy over the curb. It's kind of getting tiresome and perhaps risky. I was thinking of a curb ramp but not sure what might work with Buddy clearance. Any Ideas?

Thank you for all of the suggestions, folks. I will try to find a bike shop 1st that can work on my Buddy. Traiding up is the last resort. I love my scooter. Unfortunately I never learned how yo do my own maintainance and in a townhome setting without garage it is a challenge space-wise :cry:

Sad to report: our local dealer is going out of business. Sad. They've been around a long time. I've taken my Buddy to them since 2010. Not sure who will take care of the bike now, who can be trusted. May have to sell my Buddy and get something else, like Vespa or move on to a motorcycle...just dont...

I would not touch Kaspersky with a 10 foot pole. Bloomberg did recent write up on Kaspersky. Google it. Once it installed into my system and I had b***h of a time getting rid of it. Had to reformat the entire drive and re-install everything

Shield is nice. Kiddo is still getting used to it. We got it as game controller and to increase drone's range. Kiddo reports Surface RT gives smoother control but I think it's a learning curve. I am thinking of attaching better camera. It should allow for cool selfies

I've used Seafoam since I bought my scooter in 2010 every time I winterized. I read up the lable finaly. It said 2 oz per galon. Had to covert liters to galons. Ended ip with approxinately 45 oz of Seafoam. I think I used to put less in, but we'll see.

Thanks KB. Your setup looks cool. I had some help from a friend today. He used the old plate as template and cut the cutting board and drilled the holes. I was able to put the trunk back on. Now if only mother nature would stop with the snow every week

This is what I am thinking: a plasti cutting board, driiled holes. That would secure the new bord to the rack. Problem is going to be securing the box to the rack. Maybe longer bolts or something....
